An extremely special screening of Bafta-winning, Cornish auteur, Mark Jenkin’s (BAIT) political folk tale of two fisherman locked in a time loop. Mark Jenkin and Dion Star, aka ‘The Cornish Sound Unit’, will be performing the atmospheric musical score live and in-person: employing improvised and composed pieces using tape machines, analogue synths, guitars, feedback and field recordings.
Rose of Nevada: A missing fishing trawler mysteriously returns to a Cornish harbour. Two young men join its new crew and head out to sea, unaware of how deeply the voyage will connect them to the vessel’s past.
