An evening of poetry & film inspired by the work of Robert MacFarlane and Jackie Morris, whose book, The Lost Words is the basis of this film. The closing event for this year’s Green Shift Festival, former Bristol City Poet, Kat Lyons, will host and perform their poetry alongside local students. Lost For Words is an odyssey across the UK. It celebrates our relationship with nature through diverse voices while actively reshaping our anthropocentric view with a poetic and scientific approach.
This will be a truly wonderful and intimate evening that reminds us of our connection to the world around us and the car and attention it needs and deserves.
Green Shift Festival is an annual festival from Sustainable Clevedon. The full programme of events can be found on their website.
