Ice Mile – a one-mile swim under International Ice Swimming Association rules in water temperature of 5 degrees Celsius or less wearing just a standard costume, goggles and a swim hat.
This unique and uplifting film follows swimmer Becca Harvey over a year of her life, from coming out of the solitude of lockdowns to being back in the buzz of the swim community events as she trains toward herIceMile, exploring grief, healing, community, and the power of cold water. We are thrilled to be joined by Becca Harvey who will be taking part in a Q&A after the screening to talk about her journey and taking your questions.
