Watch three of the best spoof comedies ever made and the shortest car chase in film history in this back-to-back movie marathon: Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End. The building will be dressed up and we expect you to be too.

Have you got the stamina? Better get practicing those fence jumps.

Expect a fully immersive West Country experience, there will be Cornettos and competitions in the buildup. Themed shenannigans from hereon

Shaun of The Dead:

A romantic zombie comedy.

Shaun is a bit of a loser with no clue what to do with his life or with his relationship, plus the world around him is heading for disaster. Who will save everyone? Surprisingly, it looks like it will be Shaun.

Everyone knows the best time to try to get your ex backis right in the middle of what may be a zombie apocalypse. All Shaun (Simon Pegg) and best friend Ed(Nick Frost) have to do is survive andsave everyone. Easy.

Hot Fuzz:

A buddycop action comedy

Top performing London police officer Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg)) is sent to a small town in the countryside where nothing ever happens and he struggles to adapt. Not only does he miss the excitement of the big city, but he also has a well-meaning oaf (Nick Frost) for a partner. When a series of grisly accidents rocks Sandford, Nick smells something rotten in the sleepy village.

The World’s End:

A science fiction apocalyptic comedy

Gary King (Pegg) just wants to finish the epic pub crawl he first tried 20 years ago. He drags his 4 best friendsback to their hometown and sets out for a night of heavy drinking. As they make their way toward their ultimate destination — the fabled World’s End pub — Gary and his friends attempt to reconcile the past and present. However, the real struggle is for the future when their journey turns into a battle for mankind.
 
Arrive dressed up as your favourite characters and be ready for the marathon you’ve always dreamt of (or we have, thanks for joining the team).

10.55am – Meet us if you dare, we will be starting as we mean to go on with a Zombie walk. Meet at the back of the Clevedon library car park. Let’s get staggering.

11am – Doors of the Winchester open (and the Curzon)

12 noon – Shaun of the Dead

2pm – 3pm You are welcome to go grab lunch or stay around for bar snacks and popcorn

3pm – 5pm Hot Fuzz

5pm – 7pm – Free time to hang about or go get dinner (anyone who has ordered pizza from Wrens, this is your time to go and collect/eat your doughy prize)

7pm – 9pm – The World’s End

9pm – THE afterparty with the Dazed Music DJs!!!!
