As the only venue in SW England of their European Tour, we were very proud to present, direct from the East Coast of America, an evening with Devil Music Ensemble & live accompaniment to the original 1920 silent film.


Photo courtesy of Clevedon Mercury   March 2007: We were sad to learn of the death of Ken Eagles recently. Ken and his wife Janet ran the Curzon from 1966 until 1995. As Jon Webber, our manager said, "If it hadn't been for Ken and Janet, there wouldn't have been a Curzon for us to save". "He was a cinema man through and through, having spent his whole life in the business."
