EuroKids:
The Curzon is one of only ten cinemas in the UK that are Members of
the 'Euro Kids Network'. The Euro
Kids Network supports and links cinemas committed to screenings
of films for children and young people and/or schools, giving priority
to European audiovisual product. It includes cinemas from Austria,
Belguim, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland,
Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal Spain and Sweden. The "Euro
Kids" section of the European Cinema On-line Database has been
elaborated with the collaboration of the European Children's Film
Association, and is dedicated to European films suitable for younger
viewers.

Film
Education, a registered charity funded by the film industry
in the UK, aims to encourage and promote the use of film and cinema
within the National Curriculum. It provides a range of publications
and services to respond to the growing importance of Media in the
National Curriculum. The study materials are written by teachers who
specialise in the teaching of Film from primary level to GCSE, A'level
and GNVQ. It organises events, INSET courses, workshops and seminars
and an annual National Schools Film Week.
