
Chris Brain
Chris is a Chartered Surveyor working
as a trainer and consultant with the Chartered Institute
of Public Finance & Accountancy. A past chair
of the charity, he has been a Trustee since 2001.
He is currently responsible for building and property
matters, and is a Director of the cinema. |

John Coveney
John, now retired, was an Investment
Director with a national Housing Association, managing
development programmes for new affordable housing
in the locality across the West of England. John
also brings experience of several listed and conservation
area refurbishments. He became a Trustee in January
2007, formally elected in October 2007. |

Brian
Crewe
Brian is a retired teacher and became
a trustee in 2004. At present he chairs the Community
and Education Group. He is a part - time projectionist
and operates the Covenanting Scheme. |

Cathy Mackerras
Cathy is a freelance community arts/theatre
practitioner, with 30 years experience of community
arts, education and outreach programmes. She became
a Trustee in January 2007, formally elected in October
2007. |

Andy Darvill
Andy teaches Science at a local school.
He also happens to be our webmaster, and has been
a member of the Cinema Board since 2005. Formerly
a TV cameraman, he has experience of sound and lighting
systems, and is a part-time projectionist. |

Pippa Gribben
Pippa is currently a full time mother
and previously had a number of positions in arts,
community health and charity campaigning roles.
She became a Trustee in January 2007, formally elected
in October 2007. |

Peter Marlow
Peter worked in the Banking Industry
for many years before running several tourist related
businesses, he retired in 2007. He was involved
back in 1996 to save the Curzon after it went into
receivership and then spent several years looking
after the Cinema finances. He rejoined the management
committee in 2009. |

Hilary Neal
Hilary is a Civil Servant working
in policy administration. She is currently Deputy
Regional Director at the Government Office for the
South West.
She became a Trustee in 2004, and is currently chair
of the charity. |

John is an Actuary, and currently
Chairman of the Raising Standards of Pensions Administration
charity. He became a Trustee in January 2007, formally
elected in October 2007. |

Paul Stopard
Paul is a Performance
& Planning Manager with the National Offender
Management Service, with regional responsibilitities.
He has been a member of the Cinema Board since 2004,
became a Trustee in January 2007, and was formally
elected in October 2007. |
