The
Curzon - Clevedon Community Centre for the Arts is a Registered Charity
incorporated as a Company limited by Guarantee. Its trading arm is the
Curzon Community Cinema Ltd.
The
company membership comprises a cross section of local people, who in
turn will annually elect the Management Committee. The income and surpluses
made by the company can only be used in furtherance of its aims, which
are to promote arts, educational and cultural events in Clevedon and
the surrounding area.

Chris
is a Chartered Surveyor working as a trainer and consultant with
the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy. A past
chair of the charity, he has been a Trustee since 2001. He is currently
responsible for building and property matters, and is a Director
of the cinema. |

Coveney
John
is an Investment Director with a local Housing Association, managing
development programmes for new affordable housing in the locality,
and also brings experience of several listed and conservation area
refurbishments. He became a Trustee in January 2007, formally elected
in October 2007. |

Andy
Darvill
Andy
teaches Science at a local school. He also happens to be our webmaster,
and has been a member of the Cinema Board since 2005. Formerly a
TV cameraman, he has experience of sound and lighting systems, and
is a part-time projectionist. He is a Cinema Director.

is currently a full time mother and previously had a number of positions
in arts, community health and charity campaigning roles.
She became a Trustee in January 2007, formally elected in October

is a retired Film Editor and Chief Picture Editor, having spent
35 years travelling the world for BBC TV News. He is also involved,
as a Producer, in the local amateur theatre scene. He became a Trustee
in January 2007, formally elected in October 2007. Geoff is currently
chair of our Cinema Working Group, and a Cinema Director. |

in the feature industry and programme production.
