ZIES-IKON KINOX 16mm
This is the third production design of the KINOX and a
redesign of the 1932 and 1934 models. The lamp output
on this silent machine is 500watts and the focussing is
by a micrometer screw as opposed to the lever on previous
models from this manufacturer. Of note is the arrangement
for feed and take-up which are side by side and behind
the projection head. The projector has a triple claw which
is driven by cams in an oil bath. The light is gathered
by a condenser, a prism and a further condenser making
efficient use of the variation of lamps that can be used
with this machine. 1935.
