BELL & HOWELL 57 Mark 3 FILMO projector

Donald Bell & Albert Howell first met in 1905 and thus began a long and successful partnership. The Filmo projectors first appeared in 1923 and continued through to 1931. This projector, the Mark 3, is a pedestal mounted machine with the adjustable tilt by a central pivot. It has a pre-focus 500watt lamp and a standard 2” lens. A further improvement on the Mark 1 & 2 it proved a popular projector.
