16mm sound
BTH of Rugby first produced
a 16mm projector in 1934, the SRB. It was a heavy and
cumbersome machine. Following the cessation of WW2 a completely
new projector was designed with a 110volt 300watt lamp.
The 301 had all the usual features
and a 2 inch standard lens and 10 watt amplifier built
in. The 301 was a popular projector but not as much as
the GeBescope range form GB Equipments. Although designed
by BTH it was manufactured by Specto. 1947
